A Trip to January 21, 2005

They say high school is considered as the most awesome days in your lives. And I couldn't agree more. We even have the famous song telling about 'High school life , oh my High school life..".

And now, I finally able to revisit a very special experience we had with my classmates  during our English Culminating activity wherein the Juniors and Seniors class creates a Play. But, this play is very unique coz there is the word Musical before the Play.

Our Musical Play is the Beauty and the Beast. I am not a good actor and for the record,  I prefer not to be on stage. But, alas, I was given a role and that is to be one of the villagers..

I know I'm one of these villagers. I think this was the scene when all the villagers
went to the castle to kill the BEAST.

Well, if you had seen the Musical Beauty and the Beast (Catoon Version), you could have noticed that some of these villagers were actually objects from the castle who were transformed to a human being when Beauty finally fell in Love with the Beast and then they sealed it with a Kiss.

If you don't know yet about the story, well, Beast was a handsome man who were cursed by a witch because of his arrogance and will only return back to his orginal state once a woman will fall in love with him

And so,  the transformation of his Heart had made Beauty to fall in love. 

And they live happily ever after.

Do you want to know what's my favorite part during our plays? I love being one of the Props Men. We usually build the frames for the background, buy and recycle old paper boxes and cut it out to make grasses for the scenery and do overnight preparations while having intimate conversations.

It has been like 7 years ago. These were the memories that made High School more enjoyable. It was not just about the merits we have done individually that matters at all. It's what we do together whether we succeed or lose - we have this special force that we call - BOND that will always connect us whatever path we choose; wherever we go. To my classmates in high school.
